Hi! I am updating the front of my house to add curb appeal. I just installed wood look siding on the gable and I love it. Garage door needs to be replaced and I am thinking aluminum glass door. I might also want to replace the entry door with 5 lite wood door slab matching siding color.

I haven't decided what to do with the porch column and rail. Right now I have wrought iron column and rail which I hate. I want to achieve commercial/industrial look.

One idea I can think of is a 12" square column painted black and cable railing. Any ideas are welcome. I need out-of-the-box thinking!
