I need help with bathroom fixtures

I am trying to replace all of these plumbing fixtures from the 80’s. I think these are Kohler. I only found the name on the overflow valve. I have a couple of questions... 1) is there an updated faucet handle I can put in replace of the old one or do you think the valve has to be replaced as well? I ask because it has a pin to push to turn the shower on. I don’t know how to find a fixture that is compatible. 2) the shower arm is stuck. I’ve tried a screwdriver for increased torque, wd 40 and a wrench. I can’t get it! Any ideas? 3) same with the faucet. I’ve tried unscrewing it and looking for a recessed screw. I’m attaching a picture of the underside.

I can't answer 1 or 2, however 3: the whole tub spout may unscrew. That's how my tub works. It's probably stuck pretty well.

Thank you. After looking at the picture I think there may be a screw inside of there that will allow it to unscrew.

Currently renovating my 90's bath & we opted to replace the valve as well just to avoid any issues w/ compatibility of the dated hardware & fixtures. If you are wanting to avoid valve replacement it may help to take the fixture that you are replacing to the hardware store with you. This Kohler fixture seems to utilize a push pin mechanism similar to what appears in your photo.

Thank you. Did you replace the valve yourself? Did it involve cutting and sweating pipes?

It is the next step in our reno so we have not actually done it yet. Yes, it will require cutting & soldering.
