hello everyone

i bought this rubber plant a week ago and i watered it once and put it in indirect sun light but these spot started to show after the watering i confess that the bottom leave get wet when i was watering the plant but its so so hot here in my country so it didn't last so long i didn't care at first but anther leave is having these balck spot as well i thought it was fungi and did some research and i wiped the leave with water an vinger yesterday but it worsen what should i do some people wrote that i should cut the leaves some said no i am really confused now what should i do
