Best plants for dark, cold and humid closed balcony in the winter

Hello,

We moved to a new place last year and I'm having trouble keeping plants on our balcony. The balcony is closed and has windows in front. The house is located in the low part of a mountain hill, so we have plenty of snow and cold. The balcony windows are facing south-west, but because of the mountain the direct sunlight is only for several hours a day during the summer, but the rest of the year the light is scarce. So from late September we have low light, the temperatures begin to drop and the humidity in the balcony to rise. In the winter the balcony is mostly dark, cold and humid. In the spring the temperatures start to rise but the light is still very low until the end of June. In July and August the balcony gets direct sunlight in the afternoons and becomes very hot.

Could you advice me which plants could live all year round in these conditions?

Edit: Adding info from my comments for hardiness zone - 7a -17.8C.

I managed to grow muscari, crocus and hyacinth in containers with lasagna planting in the spring. They did well. But I would like to have plants year round.
