Not from that photo that you posted of the plant now, it is way gone, no green, no plant. You can try a search at Helpmefind.com yourself. Go to the link below. Click on the "Advanced Search" tab at the top of the page. click on "Class" then check the box next to "Hybrid Tea / Large-Flowered" then click the "Continue" button. Then, click "Bloom" and check the box next to "yellow blend [yb]", and "Continue". Then click the "Search" button on the right side. This brings up a list of roses matching those traits. You can click on each (there are a LOT) to see if there is a photo that matches. You can repeat the search but under "Bloom" check off "medium yellow [my]" or "Deep yellow [dy]" instead. The script is in Kanji, and I'm sorry........although I can wade through the syllabaries, I know very little of this script. I can tell you the image inside the circle says Nishi, translated that means west. The script along the bottom is upside down, but reads 5665-0. I cannot read the top, and it's blurred anyway and that may still present a problem to one who can. Japanese pottery is very prolific, and mfrog is likely correct, but may be able to tell you a bit more if you can show me the pot and a cup. Also check to see if it's the same mark on all the pieces. They aren't always and if there is any markings in the syllaberies, I may be able to help you. I have identified artwork that way for another poster.

I believe it's a souvenir-type spoon. Probably from somewhere she has visited, or that commemorates some event. I don't think they have a name or pattern.
