Update on Lavender Crush

Hello everyone - I posted a question a while ago about why my new Lavender Crush bare root was doing nothing, while the others planted at the same time had really taken off. Well, my new David Austins (Jude, Molineaux and Crocus Rose) are COVERED with blooms and buds! They look like they've been here and growing for several seasons. They are bigger and more robust than my roses planted last year. My absolute new favorite is Molineaux - I had an issue with aphids before the roses had bloomed and he seemed completely unperturbed by them. Soul Sister and Jullia Child (new last year) are both also doing great. Sadly Lavender Crush is still a stick. Not even so much as a single leaf. My other bare roots from Regans are all doing really well - New Zealand and PCdM have some buds preparing to open, Life of the Party isn't as big but it's growing. Think it's safe to say LC is not going to do anything and I should just remove it?
