Slight toilet leak - any advice?

Neal Rich

This toilet is ver rarely used since we moved here almost five years ago. this past weekend I notice a small bit of water on the floor roughly under the fill valve. I cleaned the water and left a paper towel on the floor to see if it was still happening and yes, the towel had some water droplets.

When I closed the water valve for the toilet, the problem stopped. I turned it back on and left a bowel under the toilet, and notice roughly 1 teaspoon of water collects in the bowl after roughly 24 hours and no use/flushing.

I found the water drop is collecting at the bottom of the tank but I’m unsure if there’s a tiny leak or if it’s some condensation under the tank pooling and collecting to form a droplet

pictures are included. One shows a close up of the bottom of the tank where the water droplet forms. It’s hard to notice the droplet in this picture so I circled it. I’d hope sealing or caulking could somehow fix this but if it’s more involved then so be it.

any idea as to the cause and solution? Advice is welcomed
