Comments (3)Our Gagg convection oven is stacked under our Combi-steam, and the convection oven gets to 900 degrees (inside) when running the cleaning cycle. The oven vents out at the bottom below the door, nowhere near the Combi, so you should check where the Bluestar oven does. I think all ovens have to be insulated well enough so that they don't combust the surrounding cabinetry. Comments (3)The cleanout for the plumbing needs to be fully accessible. Without having to pull out a wall oven. Or anything else. You need to be able to easily get to it for standard maintenance. How you accomplish that and keep the oven in that same location needs to involve a plumber. The cleanout may be able to be relocated....See Morewdccruise
