Will my hybrid teas recover
David Moore zone 6a nw new jersey(6 NorthWest NJ)
We had usually warm weather the first two weeks of April and my roses started to leaf out.
We had usually cold nights the last couple of weeks. Some nights went down to 26 degrees.
The leaves that are on the roses are turning black and curling up. The new red growth coming up from the bases have curled up.
Will the bushes produce new leaves when it gets warmer.
