Awkward corner in living room

Hoping for help in figuring out what to do with awkward corner in living room. We just built/installed a tall barn door, which we love because it closes off kid's bedroom area from main area. But we're struggling with what to do in the right side corner. Our biggest hurdles are 1) the 10 ft ceilings/high barn door to vistually offset & 2) a huge sectional that we love and are keeping. The shelf that's there we don't need to keep. We tried putting it directly to right of the TV, which looked worse because it looked like it was trying to compete with barn door. We tried cornering it, but it just didn't look right. We also tried putting the gray recliner in that corner (with maybe a tall floor lamp behind it), but it ends up sitting too far back compared to sectional & looks awkward. The sectional has to stay where it is to leave enough room behind the kitchen bar stools & to leave a small walkway to master bedroom (arched doorway on right). My only idea is maybe a tall (same height as barn door) shelving unit using the same wood/stain we used for the barn door (placed on same wall as barn door, to right of TV). But I'm not sure about that, and hoping for other ideas/suggestions. Thanks in advance!
