I thought our new kohler tub came with this - or rather, we had to add this to our order to complete the tub - Archer, I think. Ours looked just like that except the trims are recetangular at the top -- a unique rectangular overflow. I'm not sure that ours was called "pureflow" but it might have been. In any case it works great, doesn't clog, hair actually doesn't get in amazingly enough? My only complaint is that when the tub is full the pressure of the water I guess makes it hard to pop up the drain to drain the tub. N

@sven_erte - you are thinking about replacing - there is another option - u could simply replace the handles - since u have identified the manufacturer u can review their online catalog and get that done. With regards to the spout - u might consider re-plating the spout to give it a newer look and replacing the aerator. this way u can still be assured that you are getting a new look but not taking on any risk by getting a new spout. There are some highly rated faucet plating companies which you could use.

I just had the same issue with my Kohler underscore. We just set the tub and filled it with water and shortly I saw a slow leak start in the rear or the tub somewhere around the rear support leg. We got ours from Wayfair and when I called they said that they are sending a replacement. I sure hope I don't have the same problem again like you had. Framing was just done to work with this tub and we don't have many options.
