Wall repair after mirror removal

I removed the builder-type mirror from my bathroom wall and repaired the areas where the wallboard paper had come off with the adhesive. I also sanded and filled where paint had built up on the wall around the edge of the mirror. I used a side light to make sure the mudding was smooth and even, and once satisfied, applied a primer and two coats of paint.

However, I can still see the line where paint had built up on the wall around the mirror. Also, where I filled and sanded, the wall is uncharacteristically smooth and flat whereas the rest of the wall has a slightly dimply roller texture. Its a telltale sign that a repair was done.

Painting pros, how do I fix these issues?
