Which picture reflects how it looks now—the one with the red door or the one with the blue door? The roof looks like it needs to be power washed—other than that I don’t see anything wrong with your house.

I think the house is very nice looking, and probably wouldnt do much at all with it, except, either get the roof cleaned, or a new roof. I dont know which one is currently the color of your door, but, I like the red door the best. The blue color looks a bit washed out and faded. Its hard to tell about landscaping on there, because of the time of year, but, it does look like you could put your paint money into landscaping instead.

There's so little brick on your home to be a separate design material that I would paint it the same color as the siding

The blue door is the current house. I have actually done a significant amount in the landscaping department but since it's still cold here the plants haven't come back to life yet! I made two new flower beds and trimmed down a bunch of overgrown yuccas.

The current roof was put on in 2007.

White and blue colors harmonize very well. I advise you to look at this combination.

Your house and yard are nice. One observation I have is that the trim (beige tan color) doesn’t really match the blue or red door. I love the blue door. Maybe someone can do some examples for you with other colors (black, white, slate etc).

I actually like it. But the beige could be a bit more greige and the front door a bit less faded robin's egg blue.
