I hate to say it but those cabinets are not attractive at all so I would be painting those tomorrow. You also need much better lighting before choosing anything at all. I have no idea what your style is so hard to suggest a table and chairs. Maybe start some idea books to give us some idea of what you like.

I don't see a marble table top as something low maintenance; are you generally worried about the surface of the table? Would a glass topper work?

It's an unfortunate and busy kitchen design you have to work with (cabinet color clashing with just about everything and busy granite).

Marble would not only not go AT ALL, it is also far from low maintenance. Glass looks like it would work, but you'd still have to handle smudges

Sorry to say this but the flooring and the cabinets just don't work together. One of these has to go. The gold walls just make everything worse.

Replace the floor or paint the cabinets & paint the walls. The red floor will always be a big hurdle, so I would recommend that it be replaced. I don't know how far it extends, but maybe running a new floor into the family room would be a plus for you.

I agree with Bev. If you're insistent on keeping those colors for awhile, I'd go with something very simple and neutral for a table color; perhaps pull a neutral color from your countertop surface. Maybe consider a bleached oak, or simple painted neutral farmhouse table type?

Either that or simply match your cabinet color. Introducing yet another strong color into the mix isn't going to turn out well.

Thank you to everyone who commented now looking a little closer I see they don’t actually match I thought the cabinets were cute (they were here when we bought the house) as for the table I’m looking for to go in the center I think maybe laminate is what I ment sorry I don’t know a lot about material and and I don’t know anything about design. The information you have all provided is awesome I will upload some pictures of tables I like but I don’t know if they would work. In regards to the flooring it runs thought the entire first floor except the family room which is carpet I will upload some more pictures to have a idea

I do not think the floors are the issue but those cabinets are not good. If down the road you can it would be a good idea to try and get all the floors the same on that level . I will wait to see the tables you post since it will be the only way to suggest any without knowing more about your style please.
