Liquid Egg Whites

I sent DH to the store to buy pasteurized eggs and he brought this carton home. 1 pound worth - other than pavlova and angel food - any ideas how to use this stuff? Not a fan of white omelets.


The pasteurized eggs are for making (mock Swiss Meringue) Easy Buttercream Frosting (https://sugargeekshow.com/recipe/easy-buttercream-frosting/). Have tried real Swiss Buttercream where you heat the eggs and sugar, etc. that is not all that stable for the event the next day or, I am just lousy at making it.
