Hard rain caused water pools on top of LVP

A strong storm just moved through here, dropping a lot of rain within a few hours. I just purchased this home about 6 months ago and its was a complete remodel prior to purchasing. I got home to find about a 4 foot circle of standing water about 1/4 of an inch on top of my Luxury vinyl Plank flooring. The vinyl planks is a floating floor underneath is a concrete slab! It might be different aged concrete. Im just assuming the water soaked through the concrete and had no where else to go but to the top through the planks?? Any suggestions on what should I do? When I walk around the room now I hear the vinyl flooring and the stuff underneath making a cracking sound, which it didn't make before. Idk if I should give it a few days and see if it will dry out or if I need to act immediately and pull up the planks??? I have lived here for 6 months and this has never happen before with bad rain storms prior.

Any help and suggestions are much appreciated! Thank you!!
