Flickering recessed LED lights when *not* dimmed

I am having an issue with two newly installed integrated (no removable bulb) recessed LED lights (Commercial Electric Ultra Slim Canless Recessed Integrated LED Kits). I see lots of posts about LED flicker issues when the lights are dimmed, but I'm having the opposite issue. The flickering/blinking only happens when the lights are on max power and have been on for a few hours. Once the lights start flickering, turning down the dimmer makes the flickering stop. Based on these symptoms, I'm guessing this is an issue with the Thermal Cut Off Device and not something more serious like loose wires or voltage fluctuations (other lights on same circuit don't flicker). Is it safe to "resolve" the issue by just turning down the lights when this starts to happen or do I need to replace them?
