Blotches on leaves help Blotches on leaves. Help.

Citrus tree around 3 years old. I did a foliar feed around 2 weeks ago. I have this tree on a slow release granular feed and bump with foliar every 3-4 weeks. I thought at first it was a deficiency but I am not sure. New leaves are coming out everywhere and look normal since I put a grow light and the fertilizer. The blotches appear once the leaves grow in size. I checked for bugs and there's none. I did notice some sap under a leave but I checked the whole tree and cant see any pest.

I also put some neem and soap on it 2 weeks ago and no light hit the tree well after it dried so I dont think its sunburn neither.

Any help will be appreciated. 🤗

From looking at Hello's tree I do not see any sign of the known funguses that attack citrus. All in all Hello's has done a very good job growing the tree - very healthy. tree.

Your tree is near perfect looking. New growth is light green and can take up to 4 months in the cold season to green up. Keep up the good work.

Nope, looks nothing like ozone injury. It does look EXACTLY like the perfectly normal color variations common to some cucurbits. ;-)

The pot has two main stems and there appears to be two different plumeria. The photo and blotches are for one of the two which has larger leaves. Unfortunately I did not "conscientiously" closely inspect the plant for damage/problems. I took a look and everything looked healthy, but I cannot confirm there were absolutely NO white blotches at the time. As for watering, we have had it for 3 weeks and the weather has been 85F highs. It was watered once each week. The dirt is fast draining as it should be (cactus mix or whatever). I kind of doubt that it was over-watered, at least on this end. Thanks for the info!

I think the sand needs to go, my banana is in MG potting soil with alot of perlite for the roots to breath. I'm confused, if the pot doesnt have a drainage holes thats not good, I dont understand what you mean about the basket, I dont know your location but I would plan on re-potting your nana when the weather warms up, ditch the sand IMHO and use pots with good drainage.

Hmmm, I am not sure... Sun damage normally would have bleached the leaf veins too (they appear dark green on the picture). For yellowing of leaves that leaves the veins dark green, you need to amend the soil with garden sulfur, greensand, aluminum sulfate or iron-chelated liquid compounds. The liquids correct the problem faster but both take several weeks to turn the leaves dark green again. However, I am unsure since I notice from the picture that the affected leaves appear to be the ones in direct contact with the sun. The ones below appear to be fine (dark green). Are they getting "a lot" of sun in this location??? Annabelle's usually do best in morning shade and afternoon/evening shade. The browning edges are from insufficient moisture at some time in the past; the leaves tend to brown out from the edges inwards when the roots are not getting enough moisture. I would not take any action at this point. The damage is minimal and not reversible. Just try to keep the soil as evenly moist as you can. Besides, Annabelles should be going dormant soon-ish so the leaves will brown out shortly.

Are you sure the blotches aren't just residue from the feed? Have you tried wiping them off?

It looks like scarring. hard to describe. But no it's not residue. I did try to wipe it off so it's definitely something going with the leaves themselves. tried to look in the web for something similar and didn't find anything. I thought maybe it was the neem that did the damage or the foliar with the soap but I sprayed the smallest leaves and they are fine. it's only after they grow to that size when the blotches appear.

Here's some betted more pics closer. The last picture is a leave all the way in the bottom that doesn't get light so that's about to fall but it's ok I guess its normal.

That lowest leaf is old and the tree is pulling what nutrients out of it before discarding it.

The leaf's discoloration at the bottom of the tree, in your last picture, has nothing to do with the amount of light it receives. As poncirusguy posted it is just an old leaf,

It does look to me like it might be a fungus of some sort. Circular-ish, with a distinct border and a very slightly sunken appearance - judging from picture 6. I am not an expert and can't guess what it might be. Unless something you sprayed could do that sort of damage, I would be concerned also.

Keep checking for some kind of insect too - sometimes they can be very hard to spot.
