Can I use this valance
Comments (27)If you have a pro window person come in, would that mean certain over-doing it?! We can't see the whole area, after all... and I'm no expert. But this surf color - you've seen them in searches? It might be too much to change neutrals from left to middle window...and over to right... Comments (37)I love this room because it is filled with all things selected by you and your family and is therefore. unique! Well done and very beautiful....as for curtains, you could do a heavy warm white or whet linen type and add contrast tape i orange green and teal or the colors any of the prominent colors in the print; then they print colors and curtains would relate to each other and complement the strait lines on your lovely chair backs.....just a suggestion but otherwise looking good. Examples of edged trims..... Like this trim done onto the curtain the width of the trim from the edge.....nice neat contrast....See MoreNeed help with rug and art for dining room
Comments (17)For rug size, add 36-42" to each side of the table top. Tape that out with painter's tape on the floor. If your taped rug runs into baseboards or furniture that is against the walls, you don't have floor space for one here. Is there an 8th chair? The smallest rug you could get by with would be one only 24" larger than each side for chair scoot and sit space, but it will look skimpy with the heavy visual of the chunky table legs....See MoreThoughts on Artwork for Dining Room
Comments (9)Am I the only one who thinks the yellow abstract looks upside-down? I love the band photo; it's fabulous! I'm not clear on where you plan to place the two pieces, but if, for example, you left the b/w photo where it is over the dining table and hung the yellow abstract on the same wall on the other side of the console, I think that is enough separation for it to look fine. Does that help?...See MoreHome Interiors with Ease
