Is there an easy way to change 4" recessed lighting to 2" pin hole?

Good morning,

It's a bit of a random question but I recently installed a bunch of 4" recessed LED lights (3000k, warm white). Although I've got them on a dimmer and have spaced them generously there is too much brightness for my taste. Originally I was hoping to create a nice soft glow in the room (think spa).

One thought I had was to place a trim over the existing 4" to filter out some of the light (e.g, a 2" pinhole look), but a) I'm not sure such a product exists that is a universal fit and b) wonder if it might create heat/temperate issues? Curious what the community thinks and/or if you have any insight into such a product that can be slapped onto any 4" fixture. Thank you
