PLEASE HELP on picking furniture for Living Room!
Comments (13)Hi All! Tv is right across the the gray couch and pouf/stool Flo, that is not the walkway...right on the right side of the door is the tv....tv is between 2 windows across from couch. Wall to the left of sofa is actually an arched entryway to the dining room which i took the photos from. behind the couch is actually a wall of mirror! Keeping that for now. i may just add side tables? that similar to the coffee table if accent chairs arent good. The space is pretty tight...the entire house is only 1000 sq. ft. Bayberry Cottage i already thought of that layout...but because the tv is directly across the couch right now, itd be odd to watch tv from the side? Ill take more photos when i get home tonight...See Morefurniture location in open living room with fire place center.
Comments (0)In the process of building our new home. Where and how would you guys recommend furniture for the living room area. There is a large rock fireplace center with French doors on each side. Tv most likely on fire place. No clue how to arrange furniture for this large space. Any recommendations are greatly appreciated!!!...See MorePlease help me with furniture layout in our living room
Comments (30)In my opinion you could go neutral sofa, neutral lounge chair, and green or patterned accent chairs. Would you want a pattern on your accent chairs? Or would you like to keep pattern to the rug and curtains and accessories? Another thing to think about is armrests versus no armrests...I think no armrest would look cleaner for the accent chairs, but I don’t think they would be super comfortable. Here are some options...See MoreRectangular living room - furniture layout help please!
Comments (1)In a space this large I would do 2 seting areas. But you need to provide a bit more info. Do you need a TV here ? how many seats on a regular basis are nessessary? My space in these pics is 15 x25 but as you see we have a huge FP but it might give you some idea of arranging furniture You could certainly use the wall where we have the FP for a TV, storage display idea....See MorePatricia Colwell Consulting
