Comments (3)I'm in your area.. Since it's at the seams it could be glue. Might be the flooring disintegrating from moisture. With a glue mix ? You could take the pictures to floor dealer and ask what they think. Mold inside the house is way too much moisture from somewhere. There could be a roof leak causing the moldy wall. Comments (0)ive had him for about 7 months and noticed a month ago these powdery brown spots that turn black after the leaves turn yellowish thin out in a brittle way and fall off. i water only when the soil is dry so maybe 2 weeks since its winter now. during the summer i fertilized twice and he seemed fine with occasional leaves that turned yellow. no pests i could see. what am i doing wrong?...See More….and speaking about Serena….. what’s up with this?
