Ventless vs Vented propane gas fireplaces
Comments (1)Vented units tend to be more about ambiance than heat. Ventless units provide more heat, but also put things into the air that aren't so great to breath. I personally would suggest a vented gas stove. There are numerous models on the market that provide both ambiance and heat and which largely negate the drawbacks of both....See MoreFavorite he Compatible Products & Ones You Dislike
Comments (14)I have owned my first FL machine for just over two years. In that time, I have learned that I hate all liquid detergents. They are hard to measure, goop up everything, and leave a slimy residue on the interior passages of the detergent delivery chute. As far as powders, I have used and liked: Persil (not really HE, but can work out), Ariel Oxyazul (also not HE, too scented), Sears HE Free of Perfume & Dyes (like this very well), and Tide HE. The funny thing is, I dislike heavily scented detergents such as Persil and Ariel, but Tide HE powder doesn't smell like anything to me. Lots of folks complain about its aroma. I have tried FreshStart powder which is OK but strong aroma, and Gain poweder which stunk so bad I gave it away. So my best recommendation is Sears HE powder without perfumes & dyes, and Tide HE powder...See Morea hair product plug . . .
Comments (6)Arkansas girl, I can’t use that version (weighs my hair down and feels sticky) but really like It‘s a 10 in the LIGHT version. It is in a white bottle....a sales clerk at Sally’s recommended it to me. My ”can’t live without“ product is Bumble and Bumble Brownish root spray which I mentioned on Tina’s on line shopping post. I touch up my part line when my roots are showing and allows me to postpone coloring by as much as two weeks sometimes. I also have alopecia areata which flairs up every few years with a bald spot and it is a blessing until my determatologist can work her magic and get my hair regrown....See MoreProducts you Love ... new, new to you or old faithfuls
Comments (53)I'm going to have to check out some of the products for dry skin, but I have been using a Microplane Colassal Foot Filer for a while now, and have two of them - one at each location. I need it more in the desert, as my heels get drier there, and I try to remember to use it right after the pool. Before I had these, I had been using a Microplane zester (which I had bought specifically for feet and kept in the bathroom), but the foot filer works in two directions and is therefore much more efficient. I more recently bought some Folex Instand Carpet Spot Remover, based on recommendations here, and I was truly amazed at how well it worked. I've had a spot in the carpet in my bedroom that I could not get rid of no matter what I used, but Folex did the trick....See More- 6 years ago
