Which septic system is best for cold north eastern region?

Hello,

Building a house in New England which gets a lot of snow and a pretty harsh winter. A septic system design was passed over from the previous owner with the lot purchased. It's expired and I have to get another septic design done. The new guy actually moved the location of the field marked by the first one saying that the soil looks better with gravel and sand and better drainage. Also, the move will help me to get a nice front garden and a better driveway design.

Also, he mentioned that I don't need a concrete system and a conventional stone and pipe system would work beautifully as the lot has nice grading already and good soil. He said the concrete system would crack easily due to cold and create more problems than the stone pipe system.

I have attached the first design and report and waiting for the new one to be made. I'm confused which one should I go with? Gravity stone one or the concrete (or a plastic/fiberglass) one?
