Well....not sure I qualify as a wine geek....but, like art, I know what I like! And it seems lately I am stuck on the southeast Australian stuff! Kendall Jackson chardonnay is very nice for the gals that say..."Oh, I'll just have a little white wine if you have a bottle open"..An opened bottle of Chardonnay? Not likely unless I opened it to marinate the chicken! There is a Jaques Blanc, St Emillion 2001 red Bordeaux waiting for the proper accompaniment, and several bottles of assorted southeaster Australian whites awaiting in the fridge. Also not much for Santa Margherita....and like the Ecco Domani Pinot Grigio even less. I bought a very nice, very cheap Pino Grigio at Aldi's of all places....about $7 and really a lot better to my taste than Ecco Domani. Champagne?...Tattingers....but who can afford it! Also have had some very nice Chilean Merlots. Very fond of York Creek Zin!! But the best champagne is the kind with a cork that pops off and hides in your garden....so you know it was a good party. Hey, Guys! I really had no intention of repotting right now, but after finding that one stem was rotted I knew I had to look below to see how far spread this was. If I have to do that then this would be the time to separate. Or so I thought. The other plants have decent roots, so I have no idea why the one rotted. The mix that I had used had the NAPA product in it instead of Turface. It was pretty wet and the NAPA was already losing integrity. So I'm going to mix up some more with granite and perlite and a little smaller amount of turface than I have been using. I think they can stay together for a while longer. BTW - the top dressing was to help hold up the cuttings. Probably not a good idea for that particular substrate and my wet summers. Thanks Jeff and Kara!

I just wanted to share some install photos. We just finished a kitchen of One Sweet Talker. I love how it looks and I love the wider and longer planks. The customer service was again top notch. However, I hate that I have to say this but I feel like I need to share because I wish I'd known. This is our second house with Supercore and we love the company. We just finished the install Thurs. Sunday we had guests over. One of them must have had a rock stuck in their shoe or something. There's now a huge area of scratching. Almost a foot long. It's so disappointing. And I know that maybe other brands would be similar, but it just seems so soon and just under normal wear. 😕 I'll attach pictures in another comment to show how well they show up on this color.

lll vvv, I suggest you order samples of SUPERCore to see how you like it. Ask Barbara at We Ship Floors for 3 samples of each color that you like. When and if you decide on one, do as I did and order a full box to get a better look at it. None of the SUPERCore samples I ordered looked like plastic to me. I also ordered samples of Modin, CoreTec, CaliBamboo, Adura Max, and liked none of them. We have chosen SUPERCore Krypton. I have a full box, 10 planks, clicked together and laying on top of my oak parquet floor where I walk on them everyday. I love it and am anxious to get it installed. Everyone at We Ship Floors that I have talked with has been super helpful. You have questions, ask them. I will say, I would rather call than email or chat. I guess I just prefer a more personal contact, but I’m also from time before computers, email, cell phones, and chats. I love the SUPERCore Lumberjack Pine and really wanted that one, but it just didn’t look good with our furniture.
