Bathroom vanity updates

I have a total of 4 bathroom vanities that I'm looking to update. They all have nice solid wood cabinet boxes, but those terrible laminate and wood trim doors and drawer fronts. The countertops are also laminate. I was initially thinking I could just buy standard stone vanity tops and have some custom wood doors and drawer fronts made, however I'm realizing the tops are not standard size, so I'll need to have custom stone cut. I'm wondering if it might be easier and more cost effective to just tear them out all together and buy new vanities with counter top attached. Has anyone gone the more labor intensive refacing and custom counter route? I have not actually priced out the custom option, so I have no idea what that would run me. Advice or suggestions?
