Hanging pictures in a corner
Comments (10)Pull the chair out of the corner a little and I do not think you need any artwork at all. If any, maybe something long and skinny between the chair and the TV unit. How about a floor lamp by the chair to give it some height?...See MoreHang pictures without damaging the walls ?
Comments (10)Several years ago; I can’t remember who told me, but if you know the paint color, remove the light switch cover from the first switch you come to when you enter a room and write the color details on the reverse side and put it back. That way you’ll always have a record of your paint. Then you can hang the paintings whichever way you like and patch the holes when you want. The Command strips in my experience, vary with their retaining strength on textured walls and can let go after a couple of years when you least expect it leaving a potential mess on the floor. My personal preferences are the screw in drywall picture hanging hooks. Paired for the appropriate weights, including shelving, they don’t come out and I’m not concerned with valuable artworks plummeting to the floor in the middle of the day....See MoreTo hang pictures or not?
Comments (41)I thought adding gold accents would count as a color, lol. I struggle haha. Yeah, both mirrors would be for this room. I wanted a full length mirror for dressing and a round mirror at the vanity for me to do my hair. I agree I need an interesting vanity chair and pillow. The lumbar pillow I bought has a pattern that has a sheen to it, but I don’t think it’s interesting enough. Need something that pops more. I think I need something for the accent chair too maybe a lumbar pillow or different throw blanket. The next task will be figuring out what to do with the dresser top 🤦🏻♀️...See MoreHanging picture on stacked stone?
