Comments (44)Annie, I know wisteria is considered a weed by many, but it can be somewhat controlled and admired. I did not say it was a weed. I said many (especially in the South) consider it a weed. It takes over in natural areas, much like kudzu. I have purposely grown wisteria on a trellis over a garden gate and also in espalier form next to the gate....See MoreI'll show you mine/you show me yours - Th 8/18/22
Comments (28)jrb451, That pic is about 6 years old and if memory serves that may have been our very first egg laid by our new flock of hens. I may have placed the egg there for both scale and chicken pride ;-)...See MoreI'll show you mine/you show me yours - Th 12/8/22
Comments (18)Several years ago VgQn found about 35 old windows for free on craigslist. Below pic shows only the side windows open....See MoreI'll show you mine/you show me yours - Th 8/3/23
Comments (19)Lake Powell, Utah, April 17th 1987. Apparently I wrote the date in the ledger at the front of the photo album all those years ago. I was riding with an ex boyfriend cross country so I could fly to Germany, to my new duty station. I picked Pennsylvania because he wanted to see family in Florida, visit Graceland in Memphis and after dropping me off he was going to Niagra Falls. I also stopped to visit an old friend and her family in Virginia. Anyway, look at that water level! I was so proud of this picture I had it blown up, along with another of a forest taken somewhere in Tennessee. Had them both framed and now I don't know what happened to them. I vaguely remember giving at least one of them to one of my brothers....See MoreOklaMoni
