brake hose internal failure?

i have had a locked wheel issue which was due to rubber brake hose swelling internally and blocking flow. the rotor remains locked even when you lift foot off brake. many folks say that is hogwash. but i have seen it. it stayed locked even when car sat over night. now, my newer car is doing same thing. i think. after driving, the wheel is locked. but 2hrs later wheel will turn. so its a heat issue. could be rotor warping when hot? or expanding slightly to make pad squeeze the rotor when hot?

so, rotor out of round?

caliper slide pins sticking when hot?

touchy piston cylinder that does not like heat?
