Furniture living room Design Dilemma

if you could start fresh with this room. where would you put your furniture, tv, etc. possible living/dining? Casual living, no kids, large flat screen TV. Anything goes.

If walls and hvac must remain.... My suggestion is likely to be what you might have already

dining nearest the kitchen.... tv sofa in front area.

No. I am looking at new chair/sofas. but I wanted to start with a completely clean slate to see if anyone had any ideas that I didnt.

Rectangular table under the window near the kitchen opening. Sofa on the long wall to the right of the kitchen opening. TV and console on the wall across from the sofa between the windows - closer to the door than the table. Two chairs floating in the room with their backs to the table. Leave enough room to walk between the sofa and the chairs to get to the kitchen.
