Help ID simple yellow and pink rose?

Sold as “Climbing Royal America” (what kind of a name is that, anyway? They might as well have named it ‘Oxymoron’...), it is very obviously NOT R. America. Any ideas as to what it is? Semi-Double blooms, apricot/pink on outside, strong yellow inside. Seems fairly vigorous, flowers much beloved by insects of all kinds, both pollinators and destructive Bugs. Has a nice scent. Disease resistance seems good.

These are the best pics I’ve been able to take all year, as the early flowers were destroyed by what I assume is midge, and this last month the Japanese beetles usually devour the buds before they even open. I’m not sure what wizardry allowed this one to develop fully, but I snatched a shot.

Heres a bud:

any suggestions? Can’t say that I’m too impressed so far. What flowers I’ve seen have been crinkled and marred, and I’m not crazy about the colors. I’ll probably tuck it in an out of the way Place until it gets a chance to show itself. It’s healthy, at least. We shall see.
