Take down the glass and post a photo showing dimensions, most importantly, the fitter diameter.

The globe is 11 3/4 in diameter and a depth of 7 inches. It is held in place with small brackets.

Chances are, Pottery Barn bought some number of containers of these from a Chinese or other offshore supplier, but didn't bother to buy any spare parts.

Such products these days aren't designed to be fixed because nobody fixes anything, and nobody fixes anything because products aren't designed to be fixed.

So the standard solution would be to send both lights to the landfill along with all the other disposable junk, and replace them both with new disposable junk. That's probably what Pottery Barn would tell you to do. :(

You might even find some new old stock of your present lights at a low-traffic PB while on a vacation or business trip.

If you're too green and/or frugal and/or stubborn to just buy new fixtures, check ebay and even Amazon sellers. Try thrift stores and ReStores. I've had some limited luck finding compatible (never matching) light globes by carrying dimensions and a key ring tape measure in my pocket. This works best with older and common types.

Parenthetically, once at a thrift store I lucked onto a stack of apparently unused glass covers for those bland generic 2-bulb square bedroom fixtures that we all know and love. The whole lot cost much less than one replacement fixture. They've been great for promptly replacing the ones inevitably broken by tenants in my rental houses.
