We just purchased a new home that needs a LOT of TLC and can't decide on an outside paint color. We are not sure how many colors to use (do we use one for trim, one for gutters, one for door, etc etc) We were thinking a beige of some sort (maybe something like Briarwood from BM) with black shutters. I just don't know what would look best. We are open to ANY and all suggestions! FYI....the windows are going to be replaced with White Vinyl windows and the door will be replaced as well (not sure what type or color yet) Thanks for your input!

From the pics that you posted, the only thing that really looks white is your garage door. Unless the whole house is in need of a paint job, I would paint the fascia a darker color. That may be enough to change the whole look of the house.

Sage greens would be one choice nice with your roof color, or at least how it appears in your first photo. Soft white for the trim. Something like this Saybrook Sage (from Ben Moore) might be an option.

Remove the shutters entirely, get a larger lantern light (1/3 of the front door's height) and then decide about the paint. Depends on your neighborhood, but I think a light charcoal gray or a sage green might be pretty. What color is your roof? White may be too "safe" but that depends on the demographic of potential buyers.
