Now This is Disgusting.
Comments (13)Rital Yes, they are fine now.Haven't had no more digging,YET.Maybe they were tooo busy eating bread I threw out.I picked up a new loaf of bread at the store yesterday when I went out with a daughter, and when I got back,I had a Old loaf that had been sitting about 2 weeks and I had not eat but a couple slices out of it,and it got stale, so I threw it all out in the back yard, thinking the birds will eat on it for several days.I was shocked the next day when I looked out to see if the birds was eating on it,as there was nothing left.I know Birds didn't eat that whole loaf of bread, so I guess whatever dug up my daylilies spent the night eating that bread.I think if I had known the birds wouldn't be getting it,I would have filled the bread full of red pepper, too and maybe give them a bad case of indigestion. Comments (19)I have never gone hiking in the woods with my dogs but Im sure given the opportunity they would do the same .My first mastiff like to eat socks and underware .One of the reasons this is such a difficult problem to fix is that there are a few diffrent reasons they do it . Not fully digested food in poop .I had to stop giving mine carrot sticks whole because they wouldn't chew them enough and ...well now I grate it In Wallys case you might have to get supper creative .I have an idea that might work(just brainstorming here)They make a spray called bitter apple and/or bitter yuck used mainly to keep dogs from licking wound and bandages or to keep pups from chewing table legs etc. what if you scouted out some poo dump some on it then take wally for a walk. It might just take 1 time for him to assumme all poo taste like that or not but it might be worth trying. Oh and make sure you have his stool checked frequently for worms....See MoreMajestic Eagle, Wet Tuffy and a Disgusted Corgi....
Comments (13)Love your photos Lori. I've always loved the rough and tumble, wire-haired terrier look like Tuffy. My favorite book as a child was called Bristle Face, about a dog that I'm certain looked just like Tuffy. Some of the best photos I've taken in recent months were in Kodiak, Alaska where it was pouring rain. I had to wipe, snap, wipe, repeat, to take photos, many of which still had water drops on the lens. Really made for some interesting photos. Comments (0)Sorry, this is gross. I was going to change my toilet seat. I bought a "new" toilet seat all wrapped in plastic and cardboard. First I took off the old one, gave the toilet a really good scrubbing and opened the "new" seat. The package had a plastic handle and I was surprised when I picked it up and it fell off, but didn't think twice about it. I opened the package and noticed several tiny little spots on the bottom, thought it was odd but assumed it was from manufacturing. I put the seat on and was about to tighten the nuts when I opened it and saw feces down the back of the bottom of the seat. Like someone missed a little when sick. I can't tell you how disgusted and upset I was. I wasn't wearing gloves. YUCK!!!!! I got a large black garbage bag and threw the seat and packaging in the bag and washed my hands over and over and then dosed them in alcohol. I called a friend who said how could that be. They suggested I check the packaging and sure enough the plastic wrap cover had been scotch taped on to the cardboard and the cardboard top had been taped where ripped open from who ever returned a dirty, disgusting seat. What kind of person does this? I have experienced many a strange and upsetting thing in my life but this is just so purposeful. And during Covid. Why? Now do I return the seat in the bag to the store so they never take one back without checking it has never been used or just toss it?...See Morenicole___
