No, I'm not at all sure. The plain old belly will not have stripes, often does not belly, and the culms turn a yellow tint after they age a little bit. It also will have one branch much longer than the others. Look at the recent post here about Tuldoides and compare that shoot to your shoot. Fred G thinks that one is indeed Tuldoides, and the 'current' species name for the common buddha is Tuldoides Ventricosa and your shoot certainly looks like a Tuldoides cultivar. The Ventricosa is just a guess because in my experience it is an extremely common bamboo - the Aurea of the tropicals!

Cardamine bulbosa, or similar. But that's just a guess. It really needs a shot of the leaves to lock down the ID.

Yup, agreed on the ID. You could probably take cuttings a few nodes long & pot them back into mother plant's pot, to make it look even more full & lush.

If it were mine I'd try to remove the 2 dying stalks. Other member's will give you more advice.
