I know of no way to run the drain to an existing stack except under the concrete which means the concrete must be sawn (use a walk-behind wet saw with a diamond blade to cut through concrete and steel reinforcement), broken up, removed and replaced once the job is done. This is a project best left to the pros.

Even if another way existed, I doubt you could get code approval.

Supply pipes, however, can usually be run through the walls.

DIY Hillbilly plumbing will be the worst mistake you ever made. Plumbing codes are rooted in the health codes, to keep people from being sick. Poop all over your house from a stupid attempt to get around the laws of gravity and the UPC would kinda be just desserts for the attempt, but your family doesn’t deserve that.

No hillbilly diy here, I respect all codes. I have pros working on this project.
Jackhammering, running the pipes, etc. for the new plumbing and then replacing the foundation and flooring is very expensive. But it must be done correctly, according to code and efficiently. Getting any additional options from professionals is much appreciated.

We had a slab foundation in our former home. There are no shortcuts or alternatives to cutting out the concrete then replacing. If you get a pro in that tells you otherwise, they are NOT a pro and you should send them packing, fast.

You might be able to run supply lines up rather than under, but not sewer. I live in an all-slab area. Often, as copper fails, it gets abandoned and PEX gets run through the attic/walls/ceilings.
