2-3 K won't get you much, not even decent landscaping or a coat of paint without 100% DIY.

Unless DIY that will be more than the budget however.

Paint will do wonders. Paint the pink out, paint the door a funky color and get some colorful pots. Good heavens, is the hose corral pink as well?? As suggested above, try using the mortar color between the stone as a color guide. Paint it on large poster board and see if you like it. Paint the white fencing another funky color.

I don't mind the colour. Seems appropriate for the style of the house. Other colours could look great as well but I'd want the garage door to blend in with the house more. btaylor's idea of driving around and seeing what neighbours have done is a great one. Both doors fit the house perfectly so that's fantastic. I would want the front door to be visible from the street and simply taking out the large bush hiding it would do that. The white divider at the door is a cool feature. Let it be seen. Is there a strong need for the chimes? Make the area a bit too busy, imo. I'd want large modern house numbers somewhere. Perhaps on the very front? Very cool house. Enjoy!
