Major Plant Databases (e.g. RHS) only identify the cultivar 'Kahome' at the Genus level, which says that that's as far as it's relationships are known for sure. It does look like Aloe Bainesii, but it seems to lack the large base trunk. It also seems to be too small for such a developed plant. Maybe this is some variant of Bainesii?
