Nod, Do you mean on the transmission housing casting, on the top right side, strait above the wheel axel, on the flat casted pad about 2 3/4 inches long and about 1/2 inch wide, sticking out from under the top cover? It looks to me like that pad was put in the casting mold for a place to stamp the serial no. Mine is blank. I have cleaned it down to the machined mill marks and nothing. Would there be another place to look or do I have one that never got stamped?
