Need help with Carrara tile sizes for walk-in shower and...

Our master bathroom remodel is coming up and I am late getting my tile orders in. My contractor has given me until Monday/Tuesday at the latest, but I’m so confused about my choices! We’re having our standard-sized shower/tub combo taken out of our master bathroom and having a tile walk-in shower put in. I have matte porcelain Carrara tile samples and “Random Linear Spa” tile for the shampoo insert. 12x24 Attitude Simply Grey tile for the bathroom floor. The shower floor tile is 2x2 Carrara matte. I’m choosing colors in the gray family since that is what’s in our master bedroom. We do not have the vanity yet.

Here are my dilemmas:

1. What size matte Carrara tile should I use for the shower walls? I feel for the space, 12x24 is too bulky. So what would be the next best option? 4x16? 6x12? I’m afraid the 3x6 would be too busy.

2. Is the Attitude Simply Grey okay for this project? Or is there a grey porcelain tile that would go better? https://www.landmarkceramics.com/gres/attitude/

As I mentioned above, I have 48 hours to make decisions and be happy with them.

Here are my tile samples:
