Help me choose a white, please! :-)

I need to repaint our fireplace wall. I *may* whitewash it (again), but I’m also very tempted to just paint it a solid white.

The walls are Benjamin Moore OC-22 “Calm.” I’ve read that this color is considered a warm neutral, but can accommodate both warm and cool tones.

I am not a fan of the cool grays, and would prefer to warm up the wall.

Thinking Benjamin Moore “Cloud White” (too yellow?) or maybe “Simply White”? Or maybe just use the leftover “Calm” I already have?

We’ll be pulling up a Berber carpet to go back to the oak floors. I plan to decorate with blues and maybe some reds (think purplish reds in a rug, not country reds.)

Here’s a link to my post about the whole room, for more pics: https://www.houzz.com/discussions/help-warming-up-family-room-seating-and-brick-paint-color-advice-dsvw-vd~5610882

I know paint colors—and especially whites—can be tricky. Just looking for some ideas/suggestions to consider.

Thanks!!
