You need samples before you select. These have a great hand cut appearance at an incredibly palatable price. Use a one third off set install, they are 2. 5 x 10 inches. Match the grout.

I agree with grapefruit..except I don't find the existing flooring neccessarily jarring...but wood floors you have are beautiful...and it's always better to match as best as possible, if it's same material. Really, beatiful flooring. lack of contrast can be taken care of with rugs, floor cloths, you name it. And I don't think it would be a big deal, in your place Also if you decide to paint your island, after all-here, there's your contrast too like your new barstools btw

I had forgotten you added on to the tops! did the painting company do that for you or was it someone else? And you got all new door fronts/drawer fronts? curious if the cost for just the paint and new fronts and the add-ons, came in at over 10? I know my estimate w/all the modifications and new fronts were in the double digits, so I'm sure it was similar for you too. A lot of time posters on here want a cost of what something like this costs. It's cheaper than buying new cabs, I know that. what is the tile you used? (i need that towel hanger over the drawer!)
