Dinner for my husband was home made chicken pot pie, I had chicken salad. Dessert was tiramisu because it was my husbands birthday. I made the dessert Sat as it is time consuming & needs to be in the fridge overnight.

Fried chicken, white rice, gravy

Friend called me to come over for hamburgers tonight, so that, with a margarita was my meal. (Both good!)

Heating up the leftover chili I made Friday.

Lol! I took it easy for the Sunday night meal. I made whomp biscuits with sausage and cheese. Fast and easy and filling.

We had t bones.

I looked up "whomp" biscuits.....lol Should have known...but didn't...

We went out for burgers. I eat my burgers and sandwiches open face in order to save carbs and calories. A side benefit is that I don't feel stuffed and uncomfortabe later.

Tonight we are having lasagna and a green salad.

When I get home tonight I will have curry wurst.

Since the Chiefs had the Sunday night game I decided to smoke a slab of baby back ribs and some sausages ahead of time, add some baked beans and coleslaw and we were set for the game.

We had a family birthday party (3 B'days, including mine) at a local BBQ place. Ribs, brisket, sausages, cole slaw, mac and cheese and beans. And appropriate accompaniments (beer, white bread, sauces, etc.). And a chocolate birthday cake!! It was wonderful!!

Sunday I had whole fruit/veggie smoothie. Dark pitted cherries, pineapple, spinach, and chocolate almond milk. Was pretty good.

Tonight I am making a bunch of buffalo wings and salad.
