This one's a rental house, I try to keep costs down.

My creation: Stone sink & faucet off Ebay. Carrara slab marble & knotty alder base from Restore. Cherry picture frame & 2 light fixture from ARC Thrift store(mirror was free off CL). Glass shelves out of the old medicine cab.

The base is a display from a showroom, not meant to be installed. Had to build a base& raise it up 4". ($35) This is a 3/4 bath, with a big shower. that spans the whole side of the room......hence the rest of the room is tiny. Porcelain tile floor & baseboard from Lowes, .10cents a sqft.

lgmd where is that covered bridge? Looks so much like one I detoured on, during my summer bicycle tour.

Jim If I sat in that chair I'm afraid I couldn't get out of it on my own - but perhaps it's an objet d'arte?

DH found this in the woods behind our house yesterday - after he stepped on it. I think it's called "Old Man in the Woods" mushroom. We're going to see if we can dehydrate it and keep it.

Another Buffalo Mountain, TN mushroom. I was really in love with them. Each vignette cuter than the next.

Marie - that is so cool! Rob's too. I was just talking yesterday about some huge tree mushrooms I found years ago that I made bookends out of. I don't know whatever became of them.

gry....it's just a "glance over" "here it is" sort of thing when displayed in this thread. This thread is like flipping through a magazine. It's just a bunch of interesting photos with a tag line telling what it is....if were lucky.
