Comments (3)I know for a fact that you have wonderfully creative decorating instincts because I love your "Schmooze Room", but can you post pictures of this powder room so we can see the space you're talking about?...See MorePlease help with redecorating my daughter's room
Comments (3)She's 11 years old and originally wanted lime green walls. Then when she saw the lime green chair that she wants, I suggested blue walls might be better. So she chose the Persian Blue. To be honest, I wasn't crazy about lime green for the walls. I agree about the white being boring! I honestly didn't think it would be too much color, but my oldest daughter thought it would be and has me second guessing myself....See MoreHelp me redecorate my living room!
Comments (15)Once you have the furniture where you like it, take a few minutes to remove the decor items from the room and then take more pictures for us. Take the pictures facing the middle of the wall, straight on. Also pictures of your art, again trying not to take them at an angle. There are some people who are really good with arrangements but straight-on (not angled ) photos are the easiest for them to work with. As far as light in the room, when the curtains are opened they should "stack back" onto the wall and not cover any of the glass. Your curtain rod may be too short to allow that. If you find a lamp base that's the right size and shape but the wrong color, a bit of spray paint in a different color, or a metallic spray paint, will fix that problem....See MoreHelp redecorate living room
Comments (11)Main traffic pattern in from kitchen to bedroom which goes right in front of fireplace . the comfort chairs id like seem like they will be to crampled . the layout is really a nightmare because every corner is open to another area . i have been thinking about getting rid of the entertainment center. we debating moving tv. have discussed putting tv on wall behind the gold chair as there is less traffic in that way. the paint is looking gold but its much softer . painting is a not in this project maybe in summer...See Moreleelee
