Can you help me find this rug?
Comments (7)OMG that's it! Thank you so much! The Homegoods I was at is about 3 hours from here and it was too large. I just wanted to see if it was a good deal or not and if it came in other sizes. It was so beautiful in person though!...See MoreCan Anyone Help Me Find This Rug?
Comments (7)I can't believe it, but I saw this rug today! I took a pic and will upload it here. IRL it's gorgeous! I saw it at a store called KPM flooring on Hilton Head Island. They are great. They have the BEST selection of area rugs I've ever seen. Aside from an oriental rug store that only carries oriental rugs. They carry all sorts of styles, AND can have them made up custom. I loved a rug that was 60% wool and 40% silk, and listed at over $12k. The salesman told me that I could have it made up in all wool and reduce the cost. As an aside, While in there I think I found my backsplash - a natural tile mosaic by Jeffrey Court....See MoreCan you help me find this area rug?
Comments (3)They seem to run in waves at HG, so you will see similar colors and styles appear and reappear for a while and then move on to something else. It would be worthwhile to keep checking for a while and see if you spot another one. We bought our family room rug and went back a month or two later and found the same rug in a smaller size - snapped it up for our breakfast room. You could also ask if they have more in the back and if they could look for you or find out if there is a time they hang new ones (they may have someone who does that mornings or evenings or certain days of the week depending on the turnover in that store). This one on overstock seems similar but is a round version -- the rectangles have an interior border that one doesn't, but that's as close as I am seeing....See MoreCan you help me find fabric & a rug for my screened porch?
Comments (8)Macumber, those are cute pillows, as is the rug Tibbrix posted. The only thought in my mind is that it is hard to match or mix oranges. I have this problem in my family room. Some oranges are pinky-coral-orange, some a bright yellow-orange, and others a browned down rust or clay. The small pillows are not hard to use as accents with navy with cording edge behind them. They are also easy to return if the colors don't work. The orange in Tibb's rug seems to be multicolored which is easier to work with the a solid. But colors on monitors are notoriously hard to match. Take it a step at a time, then order a smaller rug, perhaps, to see the colors. Here is a link to Ballard Designs outdoor rugs for some more ideas. I Do love the rug, (and also the first bird pillow in HD link). The mixed patterns in the pretty pictures work because the colors are spot on. http://www.ballarddesigns.com/rugs-drapery/rugs/indoor-outdoor/#w=*&af=cat2:rugsampdrapery_indooroutdoorrugs cat1:rugsampdrapery pagetype:products...See More- 5 years ago
