'Jades are Crassula, and not cactus at all, All cacti are succulents. If you put a living plant in there is will need good drainage, air circulation,sun, some food at least once a year, just transplant it into fresh mix. with 10% organic matter, the rest inorganic, sand compacts and doesn't let the air in the mix, which is important. I think the lizard would love to eat it. My friends grows theirs in a open pen that they can't get out of in the open on the ground. They live in the high desert. They may bring them into the green house during the winter. Crassula need a cool evening. 90 F and 70F night time temps. as an example. your plant will also need a cool winter. No heat. Little if any summer moisture including high humidy. I've grown these plant since I was a child, and the plant that you are calling 'Agentea' does have the smallest leaves, yet is just a variety of C. Ovata. I would suggest either putting it in the fridge where temperatures are cooler, or just setting it outdoors if temperatures reach the 40-50F temperature range because venus fly traps and some other carnivorous plants need a dormancy cycle in order to thrive and put out more traps. I think the chilling requirement is 8 weeks for VFTs, but you should check the internet to find out. I'm in a cool climate so I put mine under tarps where they get near 20 weeks of chilling hours, but they need the rest at this time of the year in order to restore their growth hormones required for further production. If you don't have access to many tools (e.g., table saw, router, etc., I suggest you go with plywood. If you have a circular saw or want to cut by hand, or have a friend with a table saw that owes you a favor, you can buy a sheet or half-sheet. If you don't, the big box stores normally have a bin of half, quarter, and eighth sheets. I'd go with at least 5/8" thick. BCX would work if you want to go inexpensive; poplar if you want paint-grade. Baltic birch would be up-scale. You can simply butt and nail or screw the edges together and add a glue bock of 1x1 or some quarter-round molding if you want. On the front, add two moldings separated by the thickness of your "transparent panel," glue and nail them in place on both sides and bottom. Then slide your panel in from the top. Paint or varnish the outside wood. Leave the inside unfinished or a light coat of shellac (Bullseye Aerosol would work). Or if you want, paint a scene inside to resemble desert, rain forest, or wherever these things live. Add a screen , hardware cloth, or plywood top to your liking. That's what I'd do.

I do not believe that Aloe is native to Australia so it may not look natural in your enclosure. However, yes you can put an Aloe vera plant in with your Bearded Dragon. First you have to make sure the plant and the dirt is completly free of pesticides and chemical fertilizers. Either can kill your dragon. If you just buy one from a shop you can be reasonably sure it has one or the other kinds of chemicals on or in it. My dragon tends to eat any plant I put in it's enclosure or just sits on it, so I wish you luck.
