what blind type / color?

Hi, we just installed our windows and are looking for advice on blind style / color.

We were thinking of just going with a white top down / bottom up honeycomb blind so we can leave down the light filtering ones through the day and put up blackout ones at night to stop the car headlights Fromm shining through - we are directly facing the main road into our community.

We are also unsure if we should remove the trim and drywall right up to the edge of the window like we did with the bifold door.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Not sure how it looks in person, but I like the door without the trim in the pix. Since the black frame of your windows is so wide, I think adding the white is a bit much. Looks like you're going for a B&W movie ambiance so the white window treatments will continue the theme. Personally, I'd punch it up with some citrus or plum/eggplant colored pillows. Looks like more lighting is needed all around.

Hey there: you should look into anything that doesn't create electro static and attracts the dust as well as having lighter fabric or fabrics with a pattern. You can go with roller shades, panel blinds or pleated blinds and honeycomb shades. All of them are easy to keep clean with a Swiffer duster. Can you order a sample. Daisy white looks the best to me, but, I also like the blue white, but, that may not match in with your trim color as much. If you could get a sample, it would be easier to pick the right one. solstice, is nice, but, looks a bit gray. Journal, is too yellow. Oxford is nice, but, appears it could look a bit grayer. Just looking at them all. Daisy white is my favorite, but, hard to know for sure if it will match the other whites for trim etc.
