Pallman X325 or Rubio monocoat 5% white?

Living room has white oak floors and the hallway and dining room are red oak? We would like to keep them natural but floor and contracting team say they’ll yellow in a few years. Anyone have experience with this and been successful in keeping their floors light? A flooring expert told me to use either Pallman X325 (2 coats) followed by another Pallman product (1 coat) — have to find the my notes - or use Rubio Monocoat 5% white with a pretreatment in the halls and dining room (smoke) to tone done the red.

Flooring team returns tomorrow. Any tips with photos would be amazing!!!
