Maybe one of the two Eupatorium species with long-petiolate leaves (E. mikanioides or E. serotinum). Since most of the leaves are spreading, instead of held vertically, E. serotinum is more likely of the two. That species readily hybridizes with other Eupatorium, which could account for the non-uniform teeth on leaf margins.

I haven]t seen any flowers per se. I know that all plants flower but this plants flowers must be soooooo inconspicuous that I really have not seen any blooms.

I will go out and search for more of these ( should not be a problem they are everywhere ) and see if I can see any blooms and take a picture.

Just took this picture , sorry it is quite dark and cloudy outside at the moment . I hope this is a better image even if the color is a little strange. This is the plant with a white piece of paper behind it .

I am fairly sure that Floral has the ID generally correct. Those little knobby or ball-shaped parts at the stem ends are either the seeds or the blooms, but I can’t tell which from the photo as they look fairly similar on Chenopodium. I also cannot tell which species of Chenopodium.

I agree. There are photos labeled Chenopodium album that looks similar. We don't see the basal foliage on your plant.
